Over the years while I had been in therapy healing my childhood issues, I often wondered why mainstream healers never really spoke about going inside to heal the wounded child and teach us how to do. Sure there were many modalities back then on how to feel better, but it was mostly external modalities like Yoga, Meditation, behavior mode, and others that help but I always questioned why anyone wasn’t talking about their emotions!
It’s only now that more and more people are talking about the emotional wounded child” or our Mental Health (I’m not a fan of the title, “Mental health, I prefer our emotional wellbeing) It’s good to see that there is another way to heal that is slowly but surely becoming mainstream.
Hallelujah, I’m thrilled and it’s about time.
