Relax, it’s going to be ok!! 5 simple words but boy are they powerful. Looking back, I wish I could have told my younger self this. Boy it would have made things so much easier but that was then and this is now. Throughout my day if I feel fear, anger, anxiety or any emotional discomfort, I tell myself “relax, it’s going to be ok” and right away I feel better. I start to feel grounded and centered and have a clearer idea of what the issue is and at that point, I’m able to start connecting to what made me anxious in the first place. Try it the next time something comes up and see how you feel!
