What’s your spiritual practice. Do you have one, do you even know what I mean? A spiritual practice could be meditation, positive affirmations, yoga, journaling. I believe we attract relationships and situations that are reminiscent of our parents/guardians in order to heal our childhood wounds that we couldn’t identify or heal at the time. When we are triggered in a relationship or situation, it’s a divine opportunity to use that trigger to go back to the “root” of the childhood feeling, understand the emotion, take responsibility for the emotion, process it and let it go. This is my spiritual practice that I use as a tool to get through my feelings and it works.
